Return window
We offer a 30-day return window from the date an order is delivered.

Eligibility
Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and include original packaging and components. Proof of purchase is required.

Start a return
Email pawspanatlas@gmail.com before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can assess the issue.

Refunds and cancellations
Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Orders can only be cancelled before fulfilment begins.
