US shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the United States. For the VIVI & BERRY Escape-Safe Cat Harness & Leash, the current estimate is 1–3 business days for processing plus approximately 5–11 business days for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can vary by destination and carrier.
Available shipping methods, charges, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before payment. Free US shipping applies to orders of $70 USD or more.
Tracking and address changes
When tracking is available, it is sent by email after shipment. Carrier updates can take up to 48 hours to appear. Email VIVI & BERRY support immediately if an address is incorrect; changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfilment has begun.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from delivery. Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and include original packaging and components. Proof of purchase is required.
Contact us before sending anything back. If approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Fit questions
Measure your cat’s neck and the widest part of the chest before ordering. If your cat falls between sizes, choose the larger size and adjust both straps for a snug fit.
