Shipping & Returns

Digital products

Wallpaper packs and other digital downloads are sent by email after payment—usually within a few minutes. If you do not see the link, check your spam folder.

Digital products do not require physical shipping. Files are for personal use only unless a product page says otherwise.

Physical products

If you ordered a physical item (for example the reusable pet hair remover), we usually process within 1–3 business days. Delivery timing depends on destination; most orders arrive in about 6–14 days.

Returns

Digital: Files are delivered instantly. After download, refunds are generally not available—if a file is damaged, contact us and we will help.

Physical: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Eligible returns will be guided from there. See the refund policy for details.
